For iPhone users

  1. Using your iPhone, search for "LDCU" in the App Store.
  2. Select the app icon, and verify that the author of the app is Ladysmith & District Credit Union.
  3. Tap the icon marked "Get" then tap again when it changes to "Open".


For Android™ users

  1. Using your Android phone, search for "LDCU" in the Play Store.
  2. Select the app icon, and verify that the author of the app is Ladysmith & District Credit Union.
  3. Tap the icon marked "Install"

Great question! Here are 2 great options for you:

Activate QuickView on the app

  • Login to the app and select QuickView Settings on the home screen
  • Select the account(s) to show in QuickView and select Save
  • Logout of the app and you will see the balance of the account(s) you selected without having to login!

Text BAL ALL to MONEY(66639)

Mobile Banking

With Mobile Banking, you can send a text message command from your mobile phone to access your account balance and transaction history You’ll receive a text back with your requested information. Register your phone and start Mobile Banking today!

  • Login to Online Banking and navigate to Account Services > Account Services
  • Select Manage Mobile Banking
  • If you have already signed up for Alerts, your number will be listed, if not:
    • select Add Mobile Phone
    • select I Agree on the User Agreement screen
    • enter your phone number and carrier, then select Continue
  • Select Edit below your accounts listing
  • Enter new Nicknames for your accounts (if desired) and check the box next to any account for which you would like to be able to receive information via text
  • Select Confirm
  • Text any of these commands to MONEY(66639) and receive your account information on your phone:
    • ACT - For the account activity of your primary account
    • ACT <account nickname> - For the account activity of a specific account
    • BAL - For the balance of your primary account
    • BAL ALL - For the balances of all your accounts
    • BAL <account nickname> - For the balance of a specific account
    • DISABLE - To temporarily disable your phone
    • HELP - For a list of the commands you can use
    • INFO - For contact info about Ladysmith & District Credit Union
    • STOP - To permanently delete your phone
    • NICK - For a list of account nicknames
