RESOLVED - Online Banking Outage: Our service provider has resolved the issues we were experiencing after going live with Strong PAC and PAC Reset. If you experience any issues, please refer to Strong PAC FAQs for guidance.

Notice to Members: Our banking system will be undergoing maintenance from approximately 9:00 PM Thursday, June 25th to 1:00 AM Friday, June 26th and from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM Sunday, June 28th. We anticipate ATM, Interac Debit (POS) transactions and Online Banking to be impacted intermittently throughout the maintenance window. We appreciate your patience during this scheduled update.

    New Credit Union Hours

    Making More Possible, When You Need Us Most

    Starting August 1, we're adjusting branch hours to better match member needs and peak service times.

     

    You spoke, and we listened.

    Starting August 1, we're updating the hours at our Main Branch.

    This change is based on a combination of member feedback and branch traffic patterns. After reviewing in-branch visits and survey responses from members, we've adjusted our hours to better align with when members need our services most.

    The updated schedule includes extended evening access on Wednesdays and a streamlined Friday and Saturday schedule that reflects current usage patterns.

    Please Note:

    • Hours at our Oyster Bay Branch are not changing.
    • Hours for the Insurance Office located above the Main Branch are not changing.

    New Hours - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

    The new hours will take effect on Friday, August 1.

    We reviewed both branch traffic patterns and feedback collected through a member survey to better understand when members prefer to visit us. The updated hours reflect what we learned and help us align our service with member needs.

    The most significant change is that the Main Branch will now remain open until 6:00 PM on Wednesdays, providing additional evening access during the week.

    There are also minor adjustments to Friday and Saturday hours:

    • Friday will close at 5:00 PM instead of 5:30 PM
    • Saturday will close at 2:00 PM instead of 2:30 PM

    Member feedback and branch traffic data showed that an evening option during the middle of the week would be valuable for members who are unable to visit during traditional business hours.

    The updated hours apply only to our Main Branch located at 330 First Ave. in Ladysmith.

    No. Oyster Bay Branch hours remain unchanged.

    No. The Insurance Office located above the Main Branch will continue operating under its current hours.

    Members can continue to access online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and many self-service options outside of branch hours. Our team is also available during regular business hours to assist with a wide range of banking needs.
