UPDATE: Google has deployed a fix which will resolve the incident, however there is a 24 hour cache on Android devices that may cause some members not to see the fix right away. Please clear your app cache as that will force a refresh and allow you to access the Android App once more.

Access issue with Android app
: Please be advised that Google made a change that is affecting Android apps that use cert transparency and a specific library to read and load the file. Members who have not closed their apps will still be able to login, however fully closing and opening the app will cause a re-check of the cert file and cause the error to display. Members can use the desktop site in a mobile browser as a workaround until the issue has been resolved.

e-Transfer maintenance, (9pm Saturday, June 21st to 3 am Sunday, June 22nd): Interac will be performing scheduled maintenance which will affect the sending and receiving of e-Transfers between 11pm - 2am. Regular service will resume after 2am on Sunday, June 22. Thank you for your patience while the maintenance is in progress.

About the Opportunity

LCU Insurance is looking for an experienced Level II Insurance Agent who is passionate about the insurance industry to join our team. The Level II Insurance Agent is responsible for:

  • Meeting with clients to identify needs and advise on insurance products and services best suited to meet those needs
  • Underwriting a variety of insurance policies including all personal lines
  • Maintaining renewal files and follow-up with clients regarding plan renewal and review of insurance coverage
  • Set up of payment plans and collection of premiums
  • Performing various administrative duties relating to both driver licensing and ICBC transactions
About the Candidate
  • Successful completion of CAIB, CAIB II and CAIB III
  • Completion of industry related courses to maintain a Level II license
  • 4-5 years of insurance services experience, preferably in a Credit Union subsidiary environment
  • Knowledge of insurance and motor vehicle licensing procedures, regulations, and documentation
  • A professional and upbeat attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to deal effectively with client problems or complaints
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with others
  • Dedication to providing and demonstrating exceptional customer service
