I have been entrusted with lots of new opportunities and responsibilities which has helped me progress with my career here. There is a great work culture here with very supportive and encouraging management. Wonderful opportunities for training and growth with a good work/life balance. Awesome and friendly staff to work with, always ready to lend a hand and help when needed."

~ Valerie

"At LDCU/LCUI I get to work with a great group of friendly people everyday. The way our team works together & supports each other is my favorite part. LDCU/LCUI provides staff with the means to further our education and encourages/offers many opportunities for advancement within the organization. I started at LCU Insurance in 2019 as a level 2 Insurance Agent. I was promoted to assistant manager a few short years later and in May 2023 I became the Manager of Insurance Services."

~ Brooke

"I am proud to say that I have been working at LDCU for over 30 years, it’s a place where professional growth is encouraged and celebrated. I feel that the culture that we’ve built, the service standards we’ve developed and the way we support our Community through sponsoring groups, events and scholarships is what separates us from other Financial Institutions."
