UPDATE JANUARY 10TH, 2022: After working closely with our vendors, we have resolved the statement issue to accurately reflect balances as at the end of day, December 31st, 2022.

Your e-statement is now available by logging into Online Banking. If you require a printed copy of your updated statement, please call our Contact Centre at 250 245 2247 and they will be happy to assist!

We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To our members:

Ladysmith & District Credit Union has determined that our December 2022 Statements (mailed and electronic) are missing multiple transactions dated the 31st of December, and will reflect incorrectly.

We have been in close contact with our vendors to determine the error and remedy the situation.

We will apprise you of our progress as we receive information, and the December 2022 corrected statements will be available online as soon as we receive them.

Please be advised, your correct printed December statements will be delayed, however December 31st transactions are viewable through Online Banking.

We would like to congratulate Elaine Layman who attended the CUES Governance Leadership Institute program and graduated with the Certified Credit Union Director, (CCD) designation.

We would also like to congratulate Gerry Clarke who completed the Credit Union Director Achievement program and is now a CUDA graduate.
