Direct Repair Facilities

What is a Direct Repair Facility?

We select our Direct Repair Facilities (DRFs) with you in mind. Every DRF is inspected to ensure that they surpass industry standards and meet the high levels of quality and service you expect. DRFs are authorized to appraise the damage on your vehicle and are able to initiate repairs almost immediately. If you have purchased Loss of Use coverage, they can also arrange your rental vehicle for you as well. For your convenience, DRFs are available across Canada.

Although you are not required to use one of our DRFs, repairs made at a DRF hold a lifetime guarantee, for as long as you own your vehicle.
