With ClickSWITCH™, now you can easily move existing recurring payments and direct deposits to your Ladysmith & District Credit Union account - all with the click of a mouse. It's fully automated, convenient and takes less than 10 minutes.

  • Securely transfer recurring payments such as utilities, car payments, mortgage payments, and credit card payments.
  • Transfer direct deposits from your employer.
  • Notify auto-debit payees of your new account information.

Balance Assist
Advises you on approximately how much money to keep in your old account until the switch to Ladysmith & District Credit Union is complete. We suggest that you keep your old account open for 30 days to allow time for the switch to be confirmed and for cheques and automated payments to clear.

How to get started:

  1. Contact an LDCU representative at 250-245-2247.
  2. Once you are set up, log onto LDCU's ClickSWITCH portal
  3. Enter your SwitchTRACK code provided by your LDCU representative and set up a username and password.
  4. From here, you are ready to switch your payments and direct deposits!
